CITY TOUR HUARAZ

At the time specified the day before, we’ll begin by visiting the Plaza de Armas in Huaraz, then head to the Augusto Soriano Infante Archaeological Museum of Áncash, and continue our tour along Pastorita Huaracina Boulevard. Next, we’ll head to the Church of the Lord of Solitude, where we’ll visit the small plaza and the sanctuary and have some time to take photos. Our next stop is José Olaya Street, where we’ll take a short walk along the only street that wasn’t damaged during the 1970 earthquake. Our fifth stop is the Rataquenua Lookout. From here, we’ll be able to see the snow-capped mountains surrounding the city of Huaraz, as well as take in the vast expanse of the entire city. We’ll also see the Rataquenua Cross, one of our city’s landmarks. As the tour comes to a close, we’ll have lunch at a tourist restaurant and return to the city of Huaraz, where the tour will end.
