TOUR CAMPIÑA

We’ll pick you up at the Plaza de Armas to begin our tour of the Arequipa countryside aboard a panoramic bus. We’ll visit the Yanahuara Lookout (a very traditional spot in Arequipa), where we’ll admire the architecture of its church and the arches—which are well known for the inscriptions left by Arequipa’s notable figures. Next, we’ll head to the Carmen Alto Lookout, a natural viewpoint where we’ll take in the Chilina Valley and Arequipa’s most iconic river, “El Chili,” with a breathtaking view of the Misti and Chachani volcanoes. Afterward, we’ll head to the Incalpaca factory, where the guide will explain about South American camelids (alpaca, llama, guanaco, vicuña), and we’ll have time to shop at the factory outlet. Finally, we’ll head to the Mansión del Fundador museum and the Sabandía Mill, where we’ll have the option to either tour the site or go for a horseback ride. Return to the Historic Center.
