Day 1
Day 01: CUSCO - CUSIPATA - MOUNTAIN OF COLOR
We begin with the pick-up of our passengers from their different accommodations that are close to the main square between 4:15 to 4:45 am. Then, we head to the Cusipata district approximately 77 kilometers from the city of Cusco, we will travel in our mini van for 2 hours. We will have our breakfast in the Cusipata district. Immediately, we will continue for approximately 1 hour more by trail until we reach the community of Phulapatawasi where we will begin our walk towards the mountain of colors for approximately an hour and a half. We will spend 40 minutes on the colorful mountain “Winikunka”, appreciating the scenic beauty of the place. Then, we will descend along the same path for an hour returning to the bus station. Then, we will head on the ban for an hour towards the Cusipata district to have our buffet lunch. We finish having lunch and we will begin the return to the city of Cusco. Our arrival in Cusco will be approximately 4.30 pm near Plaza Regocijo.
