Day 1
Day 01: CUSCO - OLLANTAYTAMBO - HYDROELECTRIC - AGUAS CALIENTES
Departure will be at 06:30 a.m. with pick up from your hotel to the town of Ollantaytambo. Then, you will ascend by a winding road to the Malaga pass, located at 4,316 meters above sea level, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Peruvian Andes. After a brief stop, we begin the descent into the jungle until we reach the town of Santa Maria, at 1,575 masl, and after a short break, we continue to Santa Teresa, where around 1:00 p.m. we enjoy lunch. Afterwards, the trip continues to the Hydroelectric station, the starting point of a hike of approximately two and a half hours to the town of Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu village). For those who prefer not to walk, there is the option of taking a 25-minute train ride for an additional cost of US$31 (although 95% of travelers choose to walk). Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes and after settling into your accommodation, you will have free time to rest. Finally, a dinner will be offered during which all the necessary information for the next day's visit to Machu Picchu will be provided. Overnight in Aguas Calientes included.

Day 02: AGUAS CALIENTES – MACHU PICCHU – HYDROELECTRIC – CUSCO
Second and last day of the tour, in the morning (5:00 a.m.), we will go to board the bus in Aguas Calientes for 30 minutes, and in the citadel we will have a guided tour of approximately 3 hours to know the most important places of the citadel. At appropriate time we will descend from Machupicchu to Aguas Calientes to board our tourist train back to Ollantaytambo and then by car to your hotel in Cusco, end of services.
